Our company is an established domestic worker supply company and we have been in the recruitment business since 1999 with activities throughout Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. Our company is registered under the Malaysian Labour Department, license no. JTKSM 901B and privately owned by the locals.
Our objective is to focus on training of domestic workers as we emphasize this as one of the most important factors in the employment process.

Process
Duration
1. Employer may select the Domestic Worker through biodata that is given by Agency and can arrange Zoom video call as if needed.
Depends on the set skills needed
2. After confirming the biodata, employer needs to submit the requirement documents to the Agency to proceed further.
Within 1 week upon the selection of biodata
3. Agency will prepare the Immigration and the Embassy forms to be signed by the employer.
Within 1 week
4. Our Agency waits for the original passport and medical result from the counterpart Agency (Indonesia/Philippines/Sri Lanka)
2 to 4 weeks (depends on the personal documents of the domestic worker)
5. After receiving the passport and medical result of the Domestic Worker from the counterpart Agency, our Agency will submit the application to the Immigration for the Domestic Worker’s visa to enter Malaysia.
2 to 4 weeks (depends on the volume of the Immigration application)
6. After receiving the approval from the Immigration, our Agency will submit the approval to counterpart Agency (Indonesia/Philippines/Sri Lanka) for the contract purpose.
